Olives and olive oil (unsaturated fats)


  • 4 peaches
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup of olives
  • 1 cup of chickpeas
  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • For the seasoning
  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • Mint

1) If you are using dry chickpeas, soak them overnight. Rinse and cook for about an hour or according to the package instructions.

2) Rinse and cook the quinoa according to the package instructions.

3) Wash, peal and slice the peaches.

4) In a small bowl, add the yogurt, minced garlic and mint, salt and pepper then whisk. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

5) In a bowl, add the quinoa, chickpeas, minced onion, peaches and olives. Gently toss with the seasoning.
