  • 1/2 cabbage
  • 1/2 cup of raisins
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts
  • For the seasoning
  • 2 tbsp of tahina
  • 1/2 lime
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

1) Wash and chop the cabbage finely.

2) In a small bowl, add the tahina, lime juice, salt and pepper then whisk. Add water and mix until obtaining a creamy texture.

3) In a bowl, add the chopped cabbage, raisins and walnuts. Toss gently with the seasoning.
