Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 pepper bell
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

1) Wash and peal the vegetables.

2) In a blender, add the tomatoes, cucumber, pepper bells and onion then mix.

3) Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

4) Serve the gazpacho cold with a slice of bread or top with croutons.
