Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 onion
  • 1.5 cups of milk
  • 1/3 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 lime
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

1) In a blender, add the milk, avocado, onion and rolled oats then mix.

2) Add the lime juice, salt and pepper. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

3) Serve the soup cold.
