Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1/3 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lime
  • Mint
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

1) Wash and peal the vegetables.

2) In a blender, add the yogurt, cucumber, onion, rolled oats then mix. If the mix is too thick, you can add water.

3) Add lime juice, chopped mint, olive oil, salt and pepper. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

4) Serve the soup cold.
