1) If you are using dry beans: soak overnight, cook for 1 hour or according to the package instructions. If you are using canned beans, rinse them before use.
2) Rinse the sweet corn.
3) Peal and chop the cucumber and onion.
4) In a small bowl, add tahina, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper then whisk. Add water and mix until obtainign a creamy texture.
5) In a bowl, add the black beans, sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber and onion, and raisins. Toss gently with the seasoning.
